With the demise of 'Mahalo Airlines' some years ago there are only two airlines offering inter-island filights: 'Aloha Airlines' and 'Hawaiian Airlines'

Aloha Airlines
Coupons are available from travel agencies in Waikiki that allow you to fly for $54 each way. If you buy directly from the airline it will cost $100. Aloha offer a 7 day pass for unlimited travel - check their website for further details.

Hawaiian Airlines
Coupons are avialable from travel agencies in Waikiki that allow you to fly for $59 each way. Hawaiian also offer multiple island passes: 5 days - $299, 7 days - $315, 10 days $369.
