You can use the following form to make a reservation at the Polynesian Beach Club hostel.

Reservation Conditions
There are no age restrictions; however, we ask that you are at least young at heart. The average age of our guests is between 18-35 years old. We are not a 'child friendly' hostel. Our shared rooms are co-ed and are designed for travelers. As such, you must produce a passport or an ID and airline ticket clearly showing you are LEAVING the state of Hawaii in order to check in. Reservations can only be completed with a valid Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date.

If you qualify for all of the above:

Reservation Agreement
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Changes to reservations are free and must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival otherwise you will be charged for 2 nights of accomodation. Guests who miss their reservation date will be charged for two nights.

(Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.) To assure a reservation, you must complete the entire form.
